HiRealDoll accepts inquiries for original, clearly adult fantasy and anime-style concepts. A custom inquiry is not an instant order: feasibility, rights, specifications, supplier capability, current capacity, price and delivery must all be confirmed in writing before payment.
Requests we can review
- Original clearly adult fantasy concepts created by the customer
- Original adult anime-style aesthetics that do not copy a protected character
- Changes to material, mature styling, color direction and other feasible configuration details
- Reference boards used to communicate general mood, palette or design language rather than to reproduce a third party’s character or likeness
Requests we do not accept
- Any subject depicted as, described as or reasonably understood to be under 21
- Age-ambiguous, school-age, childlike or youth-coded concepts
- Direct copies of protected anime, game, film or comic characters without documented authorization
- Use of a real person’s likeness without documented permission and an appropriate rights review
- Requests that depend on false product, delivery, certification or performance claims

- The intended product format, approximate height and acceptable handling weight
- Preferred material and the features that matter most
- An original written concept and, if helpful, general style references
- A statement explaining whether any name, artwork, character or likeness is owned or licensed by you
- Your target budget range and any access or storage constraints
How the review works
1. Compliance and rights screening. We first reject minor-depicting, age-ambiguous or unauthorized third-party requests. Passing this screen does not constitute legal clearance.
2. Technical feasibility. We ask the supplier to assess whether the requested format, material and configuration can be produced. If a detail cannot be verified, it remains undecided.
3. Written specification. Before payment, the proposed scope must identify the approved concept, material, main dimensions, included items, known limitations and the evidence used to approve the design.
4. Price and delivery confirmation. A total price and delivery estimate are issued only after the exact scope, current capacity, destination eligibility and freight requirements are reconfirmed. HiRealDoll does not promise a universal production or delivery timetable.
5. Approval before production. Any sketches, renders or checkpoints supplied for review must be approved in writing. Handmade and batch-produced items can have reasonable variation, which should be documented before production begins.
